As Christians we are called to obey those placed in authority over us. However there are time when those authorities over extend there role and can clash with what God asks of his followers. This may include attempts to silence us from speaking about our faith in public forums or expressing opinions based on our understanding of the Bible. The early Christians were often placed in positions where they spoke the truth regardless of the threats against them. Today is no different. We are called to boldly preach the gospel and stand for Jesus in a generation that wishes to redefine morality and justice.
